We use flexographic printing presses and hundreds of cutting dies to enable us to manufacture all the most popular Rx label formats used. TLC Label provides and controls all aspects of the label converting process from pre-press artwork, platemaking, press production, packaging, to shipping finished goods ensuring consistent and reliable lead-times on order production. TLC Label supports many Laser and Thermal printer formats supported by several of the leading software vendors.
TLC Label manufactures a wide variety of Laser Labels including Duo-Web style, All Laser Bond style and All Pressure Sensitive style. Laser Paper Monograph sheets and Statements are also available. We offer Lexmark™ Compatible Toners for Lexmark™ Printers designed for label printing applications.
TLC Label manufactures a wide variety of Rx Labels for use in thermal printers. Both thermal transfer paper (used with a ribbon) and direct thermal paper (no ribbon required) are available in permanent or removable adhesives. Available for both Retail and Long Term Care prescriptions.
TLC Label manufactures a very wide variety of Rx Label formats and forms for use in dot-matrix (pin-fed) printers with hundreds of formats available. Each format is made to be compatible with your pharmacy software system. Hi-Gloss, Matte-Finish, EDP, Twin-Copy (Piggy-Back) pressure sensitive papers are available as well as non-adhesive bond paper.
